The ConseilAlim project was geared to helping food companies develop, implement or improve their training and skills development policy for their (current or future) workers. A 5-day intervention was planned on average per supported business to supervise, guide and train two workers to analyse training needs, develop training plans, write job profiles, competency profiles, chart a policy for welcoming new workers, etc. The project also included the charting of a training and skills development policy for new workers.
