The BioWall project aspires to set up a platform of expertise, designed as a decision-making aid to guide and support Walloon agri-food companies from co-product to market. The potential of the co-products generated by the activities of the companies is then capitalized on to the maximum through the platform by providing a concrete and practical service for the design, development and validation of innovative and sustainable processes (combining the generation of raw materials for mainly food or even non-food markets) or by the energy recovery of residual biomass.
