The purpose of this project was to promote the exchange of good practices between SMEs in the agri-industrial sector in areas as diverse as industrial performance, quality and safety, analysis of commercial channels, analysis of the life cycle of a product, prices and margins, and personnel management. One of the project’s main outcomes was networked training on Total Productive Management (TPM), a method for improving the performance of production units. This approach is being continued as part of the Food Management programme.
