At NextGrain Belgium, we were able to put a key concept to the test: transforming apple pomace into an edible, functional, and sustainable flour for human consumption, and then applying it to real-world industrial uses. Throughout the project, B-Resilient also created a framework of trust to bring together both by-product producers and food processors, and build a network without which this idea would never have become a credible and viable project.”
