“Thanks to the B-Resilient grant from Wagralim, we were able to conduct a series of in-depth tests on the use of second-grade cereal grains required for our production of substrates for exotic mushrooms. This work has enabled farmers to derive greater value from their grains, while providing us with a more competitive raw material. Above all, the grant gave us the time needed to explore this topic in depth and develop a technically and logistically sound solution. In a highly competitive sector, this has clearly strengthened our competitiveness, and we are grateful for this support.”
