GRAPPA is a Eurocluster project. It supports European agri-food SMEs by promoting systemic innovation, resilience, and sustainability in food production and processing. By encouraging the valorization of agri-food biomass and by-products into circular ingredients, products, and technologies, GRAPPA helps SMEs become more eco-friendly, digital, and resilient. The project duration is 36 months with a budget of €2,692,129.63.
