This technology could pave the way for a new generation of biocides that are more targeted and less reliant on conventional chemical molecules.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main challenges lies in identifying the most relevant enzymes from among thousands of potential candidates. To address this challenge, the partners are developing a bioinformatics platform that combines data analysis, modeling, and artificial intelligence to predict enzyme performance and accelerate their selection.<\/p>\n<p>By bringing together Realco, OneLife, B12 Consulting, the University of Li\u00e8ge, and UCLouvain, KillZyme aims to transform promising research results into concrete solutions for the agri-food and healthcare sectors.
