FormaDistance+ is a new project geared to excellence in food industry companies.<\/p>\n

First of all,\u00a0FormaDistance+<\/strong>\u00a0provides a comprehensive framework for the development of its workers’ skills through the audit and support of companies, <\/strong>and the creation and provision tools for digital learning.<\/p>\n

It stands out from previous projects due to its multidisciplinary nature and quality of its partnership <\/strong>which stand guarantee for a holistic approach to the implementation of effective solutions for different target groups.<\/p>\n

Supported by three clusters of expertise, namely methodological experts, development experts and competence centres, the industrial sector will thus have a contact person for every issue encountered <\/strong>— all under the aegis of Alimento.<\/p>\n

FormaDistance+ offers a complete, flexible, adaptable and customized response to any food company in need to develop skills.\u00a0 <\/strong>It also enables job seekers, students and teachers to be as close as possible to industrial realities through current tools. Finally, it will prepare the different target groups for the agile and connected business 4.0 <\/strong>through the chosen media.<\/p>\n

Concurrently realistic and ambitious, FormaDistance+ is giving itself 5 years to reach 48 companies <\/strong>so as to provide training for more than 16,000 participants. <\/strong>It will thus provide access to the digital learning society for a significant segment of workers in the food industry to ensure future developments.<\/p>\n

The acronym \u00a0FormaDistance+ summarizes the project. It means that the project is part of a “Forma<\/strong>tion” i.e. training scheme to create and implement D<\/strong>ispositifs I<\/strong>nteractifs et S<\/strong>p\u00e9cifiques pour la T<\/strong>ransmission et l\u2019A<\/strong>cquisition de N<\/strong>ouvelles C<\/strong>omp\u00e9tences via des supports E<\/strong>lectroniques (DISTANCE) <\/strong>[Interactive and Specific Devices for the Transmission and Acquisition of New Skills]<\/p>\n
