A graduate in Food Science and Technology from the ENSCBP in Bordeaux and a dietician by training, Marion has always been interested in food in all its forms. Having had the opportunity to do her internship in the “Aliferm” cluster project at Puratos, Marion decided to continue her professional career in Belgium. She consequently worked for 2 years as Clinical Research Associate at Baxter, and then for 4 years as R&D Engineer – Technical Support at PB Gelatins (a division of Tessenderlo Group) where she was responsible for helping customers to develop their products worldwide.
She currently holds the position of R&D Project Manager, Training and Investment at Wagralim. Her main role is to provide enthusiastic guidance and support to food companies, researchers and training specialists in setting up innovative collaborative projects with real potential for added value on the national and international markets.
