Introduction to nutrition
This training ended in 2010.
This training is organised by the Nutrition Cluster, and is aimed at staff of companies in the food industry who do not know a great deal about nutrition, but who need to use concepts related to this field in their current work, or with a view to extending their expertise to further their careers. The modules all involve practical applications so that participants can apply what they have learned to their work. Participation is encouraged in each module to promote skills exchanges.
The training is principally targeted at:
- Staff of medium, small and very small businesses in the food industry
- Sales, marketing, legal, purchasing staff etc. for any business in the food industry
