Consolidation of the basics - Nutrition, Diet & Health
This training ended in 2010.
This training is organised by the IFP (Initiatives de Formation Professionnelle). It is aimed at collaborators working to develop, produce and introduce products to the market, and helps to consolidate their technical knowledge relating to the nutritional value of products and their relationship with health.
The training includes 6 sessions
- The basics of human diet and nutrition
- Food epidemiology and the relationship between diet and health
- The energy balance, proteins and carbohydrates
- Fats, nutritional prevention and individual nutritional intervention for health benefits
- Macro- and micronutrients, other nutritional elements, nutritional strategies and interventions for the general public
- Risk analysis and new technological approaches
