Task forces (TF)
Organised by the operations unit, they unite manufacturers, representatives from the world of science and education to discuss the development of the 4 focus areas.
- The R&I TF includes research representatives from business and academia. It brings scientific opinions to the projects that have been put forward, and contributes its expertise to the operations unit and to project sponsors
- The training TF which unites the member companies' human resource managers and discusses the skills that need to be developed by training and on the programmes that should be implemented
- The international development TF which approves and develops proposed international actions. These are intended to publicise the Cluster and its members abroad and promote the image of the food industry to potential investors
- The events TF which includes representatives from industry, defines and approves the Cluster's events programme, such as the organisation of theme days, conferences and communication days.
WagrALIM is supported by a panel of independent experts whose job it is to assess the projects put forward within the context of invitations to tender. Ad hoc task forces can focus on any specific issues which may arise.
All of these task forces work with total respect for confidentiality.
