Operations unit
This unit, responsible for the structural organisation of the Cluster as well as monitoring projects, is made up of
a director: François Heroufosse
an international development and communications expert: Isabelle Grommet
a project engineer: Valérie Cavillot
- a training manager: Benjamin Paternostre
an administrative and communications assistant: Géraldine Devresse
The Cluster works in close collaboration with the Nutrition Cluster for networking issues.
Roles:
coordinating the network and putting the partners in touch with each other
supporting members in the start-up phases of their projects
carrying out an interim evaluation of projects in progress with the help of the Research and Development Task force
providing support for the approval process by helping project sponsors clarify their ideas and reassessing projects according to the Celuster’s strategy where necessary
increasing the international image of WagrALIM, its members and projects, as well as international partnerships
offering members services which meet their needs and which can improve their competitiveness.
