Focus 1 - Fibersol
Development of the dietary fibres from hemicelluloses of cereals
The FIBERSOL project began after the 2nd project invitation in October 2006 and was completed in August 2010.
Goals
- Manufacture and market a new soluble dietary fibre extracted from cereals, components which are traditionnaly very important in our diet (20% of the daily calorie intake of Western adults)
